Arthritis and Osteoporosis and Exercise

What to do if you suspect you might have it, get it checked out and confirmed or denied. Because once you know you can start doing something about it. ?Ignorance is not bliss in this case.

So you have got it, what now?

Firstly get your posture analysed by a qualified personal trainer. Who can help you correcting small and big muscle imbalances that will relief a lot of tension, discomfort and pain. This might take a month or 2 or 3.

Secondly get regular massages or physiotherapy sessions to help lengthen and relax the tendons and muscles around these achy joints.

Thirdly look at your diet. Caffeine is so bad for the bones and carbonated drinks. Eat healthy take supplements Calcium and Vit D

And then once you have the basis sorted you can start exercising, weight bearing exercises and cardio work.

All this can slow this horrible thing called Arthritis and Osteoporosis and it comes any many forms down. ?If you wake up and make a decision to tackle it you will be very happy and even pain free.
