Personal Training



Each client is unique and so need a customised programme taking into consideration your lifestyle, general health and goals.

You will complete a detailed questionnaire to help us gage what you need to work on and what you want to work on and your end goals.

Together through movement and nutrition and mindset you will achieve your goals.

We will be doing flexibility work, core and postural work, strength, endurance and power training , all of this including functional training.

We can use a variety of equipment or just your own beautiful body.
